ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Primary responsibilities include repair operations, capacity planning, test equipment and logistics in the region
* Lead the service center daily operations to achieve specific goals in productivity, quality, output, cost as well as revenue and margin
* Develops improvement strategies in conjuction with Global Services Senior Management that will drive continous improvement for repair center operation metrics.
* Manages projects & initiatives that drive continuous improvement and coordinates compliance and performance across internal and external providers.
* Analyzes ERP data in SAP and Business Warehouse to ensure compliance with defined processes.
* Supports Global Services Senior Management through report generation and data anlysis.
* Coordinates repair operations to ensure annual objectives and performance targets are being managed for success.
QUALIFICATION
* 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in service operations or other closely related fields
* Experience running complex processes using Lean or other technics
* Strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair or manufacturing teams
* Ability to exercise independent judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal operations and external partners
* Ability to set the standard for open communication, active problem solving, and a positive work environment
* Ability to organize, schedule, coordinate and negotiate effectively and to set priorities in a manner which ensures maximum performance and goal accomplishment
* Ability to solve procedural, systemic, and cross-functional issues
