Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and implementation of business processes and enablers that strengthen company capabilities and drive growth, while maintaining effective cooperation and minimizing role or responsibility misunderstanding.
- Create plans to boost sales performance through a focused sales staff, pipeline management, and a higher lead conversion rate. collaborates closely with senior sales leadership to determine the best performance metrics and performance management programs necessary to achieve success, including providing sales reports and other internal intelligence to the sales teams.
- In charge of systems, data management, and tool recommendations to enhance data quality, analysis, and reporting.
- Enable margin expansion by Creating price strategies based on product-market fit, customer demand, and performance by setting up a pricing and proposal desk.
- Integrate Marketplace by creating the strategy and procedure to increase small transaction efficiency.
- Work collaboratively across departments to share knowledge and organize data with stakeholders in sales, marketing, business operations, finance, and other areas. Collaborate with leadership to plan, implement, and assess the effects of business initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B experience and proven experience building and leading a sales organization
- Experience in the sales of Solar devices/ electronic devices from a manufacturing standpoint
