My client is looking for a Project Engineer to join their Structural and Forensics group in Chicago. As a junior project engineer, you will be expected to work with a Project Manager and other staff, to drive the design and investigation on a variety of forensic projects.
In this position you will need to be able to think quickly on your feet and be a good problem solver. The position requires some local and occasional regional travel. Motivated individuals will have opportunities for advancement within an entrepreneurial and growing company.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Structural or Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
- Ability to working well independently or on teams
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications
- Education in Civil Engineering, 2-4 years of experience required.
- 5 years' experience
- AutoCAD and/or Revit experience
- Structural/building design in masonry, wood, concrete and steel
- Some investigative/Forensic engineering evaluation
- Production of structural construction documents
- Developing & maintaining client relationships
- Writing technical reports
