This client is looking for a Practice Builder / Business Development Lead who can come in and lead the land development team in the Fort Worth office. This client works on a variety of single-family housing, subdivisions, schools, warehouses, and more! This firm focuses on 50/50 of private and public work.
Requirement:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- PE License in TX
- 10+ Years of experience in land development
- Has business development experience (local experience)
- Able to lead, motivate, and guide a team.
- Based in Fort Worth, TX
