This company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the site civil department in their Tampa or Orlando offices to work on a variety of Land Development projects for clients within the private and public sectors.

Typical projects involve site/civil design for residential, commercial, industrial and municipal site development projects.
Responsibilities
* Project Manager responsible for client relationship management, project design, team management and marketing.
* Site/civil development experience including grading design; storm water management systems design; sewer, water and reuse modeling and design; and erosion and sediment control design.
* Review and management of production of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
* Master modeling understanding and ability of both utilities and drainage systems.
Required Skills & Experience
* B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
* 10-16 years' experience required.
* Florida PE required.
* Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation and Microsoft office is required.
* Experience with Water CAD, Storm CAD, and ICPR.
* Excellent skills in Excel, MS Project, Adobe/Bluebeam.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
