Land Development Project Manager (Commercial and Industrial)
Salary: $110,000-135,000
A top ranked civil engineering firm is seeking a civil engineer experienced in land development to be a Project Manager to oversee the firm's complex and diverse selection of commercial and industrial projects. The role would involve independent management of a team of motivated engineers in the completion of exciting projects from bid to closure.
The Land Development Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Site Design & management for commercial and industrial development projects
- Project and team oversight
- Business development and client-facing responsibilities working with Client Services Leader
The Land Development Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D
- At least 8 years of engineering experience
