Job Title: LSRP
Location: New Jersey
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical and client management support to a diverse clientele encompassing commercial real estate, industrial, institutional, and public sector sectors.
- Formulate, strategize, and oversee environmental investigations, engineering and geological studies, and remediation projects tailored to meet our client's requirements.
- Compile and supervise submissions to regulatory agencies, including permit applications, monitoring reports, etc., and serve as the liaison between clients and regulators.
- Manage projects and tasks, coordinating internal staff and sub-consultants/subcontractors as necessary to ensure projects are completed within set budgets and time lines.
- Prepare and review technical reports.
- Engage in marketing and business development endeavours, which include generating leads, developing projects, and crafting proposals.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Accumulate more than a decade of experience in environmental consulting.
- Hold certification as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP).
- Possess a solid technical foundation in conducting preliminary assessments, site/remedial investigations, and implementing remedial technologies.
- Have experience in overseeing complex acquisition and divestiture projects and demonstrate proficiency in due diligence activities.
- Exhibit strong skills in data collection, evaluation, and technical writing.
- Be well-versed in state regulations and guidance documents.
- Possess professional certification in a related field (PE, PG, CHMM, etc.), which is advantageous.
