Objectives
- Boost the company's brand recognition in the Australia and Southeast Region.
- Implement the company's vision and strategy in the specified region.
- Maximize market share and profitability of the company's products and solutions.
- Achieve the regional Profit and Loss (P&L) targets.
- Establish and manage the regional team.
Overview
The Managing Director will be responsible for:
- Implementing the company's values, mission, vision, and strategy.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the local energy market.
- Effectively branding the company's products and solutions as leaders in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) energy sector.
- Increasing the company's visibility in the T&D market and securing recognition from Transmission System Operators (TSOs) for the company's solutions.
- Identifying and pursuing business leads to meet annual business goals.
- Leading the team in conducting market research, analysis, and marketing activities in alignment with the business strategy.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in relevant government bodies, industry organizations (TSOs), and target customers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) market.
- Current role as Marketing Director or a similar position in the EPC sector for T&D.
- Knowledge:
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the power and T&D market.
- In-depth understanding of the local grid market, including market size, competition, and trends.
- Familiarity with local customers, procurement processes, decision-making processes, and project management.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
