Title: MEP Director
Summary:
A nationwide, award winning multi-disciplined firm is looking for a MEP Director to sit out of their Maryland office. This firm values diversity and collaboration in the office. The firm has seen continued growth year after year while having strong client relationships and a solid backlog of work heading into the New Year. They have been growing without having to chase up work.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and developing business regionally for the MEPFT department
- Managing daily activities within the office
- Technically lead the staff and development
- Perform QA/QC for projects
- Assist field staff, General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers to ensure compliance with specifications and design during construction phases
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree from an accredited college/university
- Professional Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering License
- 10-15 years minimum of experience
- Experience client facing, account management, and/or performing Business Development responsibiltiies
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to review, understand, and apply local, state and federal codes and standards related to the design and construction of project facilities
- U.S. Citizen and local to Maryland
