My client who is a leading Construction Manager in the Northeast Construction market is currently seeking an experienced senior superintendent for the NYC and Brooklyn areas.
Specialising in ground up residential projects, my client has over 15 active developments across the 5 boroughs and a further 25 locked in to break ground next year. They are seeking a Senior Superintendent that has experience taking mid & high rise buildings out of the ground in the city, with the nature of the buildings being residential, hotels and commercial.
Experience in ground up construction is essential for this role!
Job Requirements:
- Active DOB Superintendent License
- Active SST 62 Hour preferred
- Be able to commute to the 5 boroughs on a daily basis
- Over 10 Years leading ground up developments in NYC
Preferred Experience:
- Fluent in speaking Spanish
- Experience working on ground up mid rise construction
- Experience working on ground high rise residential construction
- Experience working on Hotel & Commercial Construction
- Have experience handling projects valued from $30M+
