Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the construction and delivery of their multifamily residential projects in Dallas. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that their developments are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and lead on-site construction teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, photos, and change orders.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and maintain project schedules.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
