LVI is working with a leading consultancy firm based in Dallas & Fort Worth and is looking to build out the Dallas office. They are looking for an Office Lead- someone who has extensive business development experience.
This firm works on a variety of land development projects from single-family housing, 7-stage subdivision, townhouses, and commercial and industrial development. They roughly have around 1+ years' worth of backlog.
Requirements:
- PE License in TX
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Land Development
- Extensive Business Development experience and can bring business with you
- Able to lead a team and grow the office
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- Based in Dallas or willing to relocate.
