Responsibilities:
- Develop Operations & Maintenance strategies for O&M procurement and operator model scenarios
- Manage and oversee all related service contract negotiations
- Acting as the O&M interface for all development and construction activities until project hand-over to the Operations team
- Ensuring the execution of relevant analyses such as O&M concepts, identification of O&M harbours, synergy assessments, and cost drivers for offshore wind O&M
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in O&M for Offshore Wind projects
- Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or Commercial related degree
- Ability to manage a technical team
