Take the lead of a dynamic team representing a nationally recognized design-build firm that offers Civil Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Landscape Architecture, and ADA Transition services. The position will be responsible for the operations and coordination of technical, human resource, marketing, and financial staff and activities. Direct reports will include senior PMs, PMs, engineers, designers, and surveyors.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and management of Phoenix team
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities with help of Chief Strategist an RD Group
- Scope development and contract negotiation
- Overseeing, participating in, and streamlining operations of technical staff
- Management of project data, QA/QC, and deliverables for accuracy
- Oversight of proposals, budgets, workload, and invoices
- Participating in Client/Agency meetings for sales and conflict resolution purposes
Qualifications:
- Licensed PE in Arizona
- At least 10 yrs. of project management experience (in Phoenix preferred)
- Experience with project form submittals
- Technical expertise commensurate with a supervisor of project managers, engineers, and designers
