As an Audio Visual Post Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and technical expertise after their AV solutions have been installed.
You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each client and providing tailored solutions and assistance to meet their requirements. This role combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess and address any technical issues or concerns.
- Assist clients with system training and user guidance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of AV systems and configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new AV technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for system improvements or enhancements.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss AV solutions and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in audio-visual systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical skills in AV equipment and software, such as projectors, displays, audio processors, control systems, and video conferencing solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are a plus.
