Requirements:
- Ability to mentor Team Leads and Junior Engineers
- Interest and experience in developing client relations
- Strong leadership experience; managing a team and being able to overcome issues
- Background or experience in Electrical Distribution (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Mentor younger staff and provide training for the team
- Serve as a strong leader for the entire team
- Overseeing clients and portfolio management
- Assist with project budgets, schedules, and project advancement
