One of the nations leading contractors is seeking a Preconstruction Director for their water treatment and wastewater division in Arizona.
This division does large scale: treatment plant, pump station, and other municipal water resource projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in senior or lead estimation positions with a proven track record of acquiring 30+ million dollar water projects, as well as a history of collaborative efforts with project management teams.
Must be skilled and experience in the estimation of:
-concrete
-process piping
-underground piping
-earthworks
-structural
-CMAR and Hard Bid projects
