Principal Engineer - Stormwater Management
We are currently seeking a Principal Engineer - Stormwater Management on behalf of our client. Our client is an established and respected National water & environmental engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality stormwater management solutions for urban development projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality stormwater management solutions for urban development projects
- Provide technical advice on integrated stormwater management and water sensitive urban design
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of integrated stormwater management and water sensitive urban design
- Experience managing and leading teams of engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
