A well respected traffic and transport engineering consultancy are looking to add a Principal Traffic Engineer / Team Leader to their growing team to help build out their business in Brisbane. You would be responsible for growing a team as well as leading existing projects and building a pipeline of new projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead existing projects.
- Bring in your own work and build a strong pipeline of projects.
- Mentoring and growing the careers of grad and junior traffic engineers.
- Ensuring all projects are in compliance with deadlines and standards implemented by regulatory groups are met
Experience Required
- 10+ years experience in the transport sector in Brisbane.
- Management experience with ability to build out your own team.
- Civil Engineer background.
- Proven track record of project success with key stakeholders internally and externally.
