My multi-disciplinary client is looking to expand their highway and rail design team in New York. They are looking for a motivated engineer with a concentration on highway design.
This role can sit out of any of their offices. Which include Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse.

Responsibilities:
- Highway layout using Microstation and AutoCad, detailing, report writing and estimating.
- Follow phase I-IV NYSDOT design processes
- Work closely with Project Managers who has leadership of primary tasks.
- Design based position but will require field visits and/or construction support
- Work with team in client relationship management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering
- EIT or ability to obtain EIT with intent to pursue PE license
- 5-10 years of highway design for new and rehabilitation of highways, trails, and utility relocations.
- Experience with Microstation ad AutoCAD
- Ability to own and manager project task budgets and schedules
