Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Project Manager in our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technology solutions to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Overseeing residential projects of various sizes, ensuring they align with the client's requirements.
- Being available for on-site visits as necessary to meet client needs.
- Planning, directing, and executing electronic communications and audiovisual installations from the initial client engagement to the final acceptance phase.
- Leading and managing a team of employees, while exercising independent judgment to develop project plans.
- Ensuring project installations are delivered to clients within the established time and budget constraints.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience in the installation and management of audiovisual and presentation systems, particularly in the residential sector.
- Proficiency in software systems such as iPoint, Crestron, Savant, and Lutron.
- Previous leadership experience, including team management or employee supervision.
- A strong understanding of job financial reports and the ability to control project costs effectively.
- Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and CTS Certification.
