We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of Heavy Civil construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish
* Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
* Manage project schedules, budgets and resources
* Work closely with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met
* Ensure that safety standards are adhered to at all times
* Manage project risks and issues
* Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date
* Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the required standard
* Manage project teams to ensure that they are motivated, engaged and productive
* Identify opportunities for process improvements
Skills
* At least 10 years of construction experience and at least 5 years as a Project Manager
* Experience with bridge, highway, culvert and drainage projects
* Underground Utilities experience is a plus
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong problem-solving skills
