I am currently working with an extremely exciting company who have yearly revenues in excess of $100M+ and are organically growing due to multiple successes. An ESOP company that cares greatly about their operational quality and employees.
They are a large organization that has a strong reputation and have in recent years been experiencing strong growth into new geographical markets and client bases which has led to them needing to add additional talent into their Project Manager Group. I am looking to hire an individual with experience in Transmission, Distribution and Substation industry to be based in one of their many offices within the New England area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all field crews, field operations, reporting directly into the Regional VP
- Manage and lead the project team, ensuring that all responsibilities are being met. Coach and develop project team members
- Maintain a positive relationship with the Client as the primary point of contact ensuring that the company fulfilling its obligations under the contract and providing the best value to the Client
- Ensure the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines
- Ensure that all procurement, submittals, and work plans are in place in order to facilitate work as scheduled
- Recognize, identify, and manage Change
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Work with the company leadership to indentify opportunties to safetly increase project yield or open up new bussiness opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of Two (2) Years' experience as a Project Manager in Electrical Utility Projects for a contractor - Transmission & Distribution, Substations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Travel will be required
- Strong technical understanding of the components of Transmission, Distribution and Substation Construction
