I am working with one of the leading Solar Turn-Key Solution Providers for both Commercial and Utility-scale Solar projects. They are looking for a Solar Project Manager II to run their projects in the Lowell Area.
Solar Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Budgeting, Scheduling, and Execution of a single complex project OR a portfolio of projects
- Review any contract documents and make sure that you are identifying the project requirements
- Oversight of the design and permitting phases, working alongside the engineers to make sure everything is addressed
- Coordinate any and all purchase agreements and logistics
- Manage subcontractor acquisition from development of scope to the bidding process
- The primary point of contact for the customer
Solar Project Manager Leadership Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all site staff are complying to the company's safety protocols
- Oversight of field personnel to ensure that they are meeting the clients quality standards
Lastly, you will be responsible for assisting other Solar Project Managers on larger more complex projects
Solar Project Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years PV Construction Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with subcontractor and owner contract management
