An award-winning and highly respected Architecture firm is seeking a Project Manager for their Justice studio. Candidates with experience working as a Project Manager or team leader on projects such as Courthouses, Corrections and Detention facilities, Public Safety, or Federal projects are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the design and construction process of Justice projects
- Managing correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, and key stakeholders both internal and external
- Monitoring the progress of all construction phases
- Managing project teams from schematic and conceptual design through closeout
- Building and maintaining client relations; contributing to development of new business
- Demonstrate strong communication and design skills, the ability to analyze and estimate project costs and strategies, and knowledge of state and local code compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 10+ years of experience as an architect or project manager
- Strong communication and design skills
- Proficiency in overseeing drafting, reviewing architectural drawings, and responding to RFI's
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD plus Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products
- Professional registration preferred
- LEED Certification preferred
Salary range for this position is $110,000-$175,000
