Job Title: Heavy Civil Project Manager - Deep Underground Wet Utility Projects
Location: Seattle, WA
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager with deep underground wet utility project experience in the Seattle area. As a Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from pre-construction to closeout.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 3 years of experience managing deep underground wet utility projects in the Seattle area.
- Strong understanding of underground utility construction and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or PlanGrid.
Experience:
- Manage all aspects of the project, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor and manage project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
