Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction for routine and complex projects.
- Responsible for project oversight.
- Undertake hydrological assessments.
- Partake in civil, water, and mining infrastructure projects from concept to detailed design.
- Lead a junior-intermediate engineers on various projects.
- Manage the team to satisfy and exceed client expectations to further develop and consolidate relationships.
We are looking for individuals:
- 5 - 10 years+ of project management experience in tailings in the mining, water resources, and/or water infrastructure space.
- Relevant experience working in consultancies.
- Familiar and understanding of Australian engineering standards and regulations.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to mentor young engineers.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience using relevant softwares: AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, Flo-2D, TuFlow, GoldSim, and etc.
