With a demonstrated history of steady growth and a strong reputation in the industry, this client chases after heavy civil roadway/underground utilities projects in the greater Miami area and currently has more backlog than they have ever had before. They are looking for an experienced and hungry Project Manager looking to further their career with an established over the next 10+ years.
What You'll Do:
As a Civil Construction Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Lead a dedicated team of professionals, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, in executing high-profile construction projects that redefine Miami's landscape.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetary constraints.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and compliance with local regulations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the smooth progression of projects without compromising safety or quality.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A proven track record in managing civil construction projects, ideally in a leadership role. Experience in the Southern Florida area is highly preferred.
