This firm is seeking a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial and experienced operations leader to serve as the Regional Manager for the Southeast Region. The successful candidate must have extensive operational and business development experience, broad knowledge of the delivery of integrated engineering services for the public and private sector clients, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and manage staff. The individual must have deep industry relationships in the Southeast Region. The successful candidate must be able to lead the development and implementation of the region's growth strategy, oversee complex projects in the region, and mentoring and developing the region's leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the financial performance of the Southeast region
- Oversees the development and execution of the Southeast region's strategic and annual business plans, encouraging growth and strong performance through collaboration and innovation for the region while contributing to the overall goals of the firm.
- Collaborates on strategic goals and business development activities with Managing Directors and Regional Market and Service leaders to identify and pursue opportunities in multiple markets for public and private sector clients; offers guidance, input, and support on large or strategic pursuits within the region
- Collaborates across the organization for decisions on large or strategic pursuits in the interest of the company
- Drives strategic growth and expansion into new markets within the Southeast region
- Empowers Market / Service Leaders to be creative and innovative, and to seek new business opportunities
- Oversees external visibility efforts within the region and leads region-wide internal communication efforts
- Serve as an ambassador, promoting the company's success and seeking innovative ways to continue to grow the organization and lead the industry

Qualifications
- Successful candidate will have 15+ years of relevant leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary firm
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, transportation planning, environmental services or a related field
