- Over 10 years of experience in water sales.
- Well-established network in South East Asia and developing markets like LATAM.
- Bachelor's degree or higher educational qualification.
- Proficiency in developing new markets, business strategies, and product offerings.
- Experience in scaling business units to achieve growth.
- Preferred background in building and managing teams.
- Technical expertise is advantageous.
