Sales Operations Specialist
Job summary:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading independent Modules Manufacturing Company. This role will work closely with the sales operations manager in support of sales and provide support as needed. This individual will be responsible for operations sales support, responding to customer product support inquiries, and receiving sales telephone calls. As a Sales Operations Specialist will focus on data entry in multiple platforms, assisting in the PO tracking process, and ensuring data is available to accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer product support inquiries
- Conduct sales telephone calls, log and forward to proper parties
- Assist in PO tracking process and ensure data is available to accounting and sales
- Gather product demand information from sales, track and communicate inventory availability, and assist in building the shipping schedule
- Maintain forms with current information to ensure accurate logistics coordination
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Some SAP and ERP systems experience
- Strong math skills
- Ability to adjust, adapt, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced dynamic atmosphere
- Travel less than 10%
- Ability to move around well, bend stoop, crouch
- Constantly observe, assess, inspects, communicates, detects, convey, and exchanges information, when performing essential job functions
