An European Pumps manufacturing and technology MNC is looking for a Segment Sales Manager for Building Services (both Commercial & Residential) in Malaysia. This will be a Sole-contributor role and preferably based at Selangor or Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development and facilitate with the sales of company's products (pumps and accessories) to Direct Customers and Distributors to grow the brand
- Responsible for national sales for Building Services segment (may expand geographical scope in the near future)
- Deliver technical support, presentations and demonstrations of products to key clients and prospects
- To achieve and exceed the company's targeted turnover, whilst ensuring timely accounts receivable collection, maintain and ensure data quality of CRM platform
- Develop long term sustainable client relationships within the Building Services segment in Malaysia
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant disciplines is preferred
- 7+ years of Pump Sales experience within the Building Services segment in Malaysia
- Strong network and working relationship with building developers, M&E consultants and customers
- Technical understanding and knowledge in pumps and fundamental engineering principles
- Proven ability to draft and execute business plan for the Building Services segment
- Strong command of English for business conversation, presentation, and reporting
