The Quality Control Senior Advisor plans, coordinates, and directs strategic quality control reviews of all designs produced in the Land Development Team. Review will focus on Site and Residential engineering to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards and to improve the quality of our deliverables. This Team Member will also mentor appropriate staff as part of the review process. This Team Member is responsible for safeguarding and improving plan quality while meeting Company and regulatory standards and will assist in improvements to our quality improvement program. This Team Member will also assist in communicating quality results and the transfer of quality and Quality Control knowledge to our Teams.
