Introduction
We are representing a client who is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer to join their growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our client is a leading architecture firm that specializes in education, healthcare, government, and sports and entertainment projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in architectural design and will be local to Raleigh or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for a variety of projects
- Collaborating with other architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Managing project timelines and ensuring that deadlines are met
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Conducting research and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices
- Communicating with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Experience working on education, healthcare, government, and sports and entertainment projects
Additional Information
The Senior Architectural Designer position is a permanent, full-time role. Our client is looking for someone who is local to Raleigh or willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in architectural design and will have experience working on education, healthcare, government, and sports and entertainment projects. Our client is looking to hire someone in the next 6 weeks and be prepared to start in January 2024.
