PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Experience working with General Contractors and/or Real Estate developers
* Be able to overcome initial objections
* Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
* Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
* Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally
* Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
* Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
* Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts
* Have minimum 3 years of Sales experience in the audio visual industry
* Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
* CTS and major Audio Visual manufacturer sales certifications (ex: Crestron, AMX, Polycom, Cisco) preferred
