The Omaha office of my client has an immediate need for a senior level general civil engineer.
Overview
The successful candidate will have experience in identifying and securing work in the Omaha region including participating in sales proposals and presentations to clients in both the private and public sector. They must have current, established experience and knowledge of the Omaha marketplace related to consulting engineering services.The ideal candidate will also have strong management capabilities, mentoring, coaching and training staff to ensure development within the team. Hence demonstrating a high level of professionalism amongst both co workers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Project Engineering (planning, design, construction administration)
- Project Management (budgeting, proposals, resource management, quality assurance and control)
- Business Development (client relationships, marketing, sales)
- Leadership (develop and monitor staff)
Qualifications
P.E. designation, Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience with demonstrated growth in responsibilities and successful performance results.
