As a part of our growing civil engineering team you will take the lead in design and/or construction management of various transportation, land/site development, infrastructure, and facility improvement projects.
In order to be considered for this position you will need the following basic requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with emphasis in Civil Engineering
-PE license or the ability to obtain within one year of hire date
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience in Municipal, site development, grading, drainage, storm water and related permitting in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois
- Project Management is required.
-Experience in Business Development and Client interaction is a plus
-The ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
-Demonstrate strong organizational, communication and computer skills
- Experience with relative computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
