One of the top transport construction management groups in the United States is looking to bring on a Senior Construction Manager to assist in project acquisition and execution within their CEI/CMI group in Houston.
It's a true "seller doer" role, which will be successful by developing relationships and transportation agencies including TXDOT in support of CEI/CMI. This role with also develop and implement their own business strategy for the CMI/CEI group.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
-10+ years experience in CEI/CMI on large scale DOT projects that involve a great deal of heavy civil aspects.
-A Bachelors in Civil Engineering, or construction related degree.
-Ability to lead a team through complex projects
-Valid Drivers License
