This is a Leadership role, they are looking for a Program Manager for Electronic Security to come an oversee some of their most exciting Global Clients. The candidate is to be located in either the Greater Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Connecticut area but the role is mainly remote with minimal travel. The role is looking for a candidate in the industry with extensive experience of Senior Project or Program Management of Enterprise Level Security Projects who is looking to move their career to the next stage. Below is a a general overview of responsibilities:
Responsibilities
1.Manages, oversees and coordinates all aspects for all types of projects including the largest and most complex projects from award through completion of project.
2.Translates a wide variety of customer needs / requires originality and ingenuity with new and unique approaches.
3.Proactively communicates project requirements to project team and the wider organization when required.
4.Acts as our customers best service provider at all times, thereby ensuring they are the customers first choice for service.
5.Identifies potential project risks and then develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
6.Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
7.Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls as necessary for timely and cost effective completion of project within budget.
8.Establishes project milestones and analyzes costs; utilizes financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports.
9.Manages the execution and review of all scope of work, terms and conditions in customer contracts including cost control, delivery fulfillment, and quality of service and other customer requirements as they arise.
10.May have direct reports and perform managerial responsibilities including but not limited to: the mentoring, coaching and developing of colleagues; interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; project budget.
11.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Key Skills required:
ยท Previous Electronic Security Industry (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) is a Must.
ยท Previous Technical Experience with Electronic Security Systems is a Must.
ยท Extensive Electronic Security Project or Program Management Experience is a Must.
ยท Enterprise Level Electronic Security System Experience is a Must (for example. C-Cure 9000, Genetec, Lenel etc.)
