Key Responsibilities
ยท Estimate heavy / highway projects ranging from 1 million - 75 million dollars with DOT, county, and local municipalities
ยท Identify and analyze costs for labor, material, equipment and time requirements
ยท Prepare final bid packages and submissions
ยท Identify constructability issues / risks and produce accurate estimates
ยท Knowledge of plans and specifications in each construction phase
ยท Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, contractors, partners, and co-workers

ยท Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook, Adobe / Bluebeam

Education
ยท Bachelor's Degree preferred (Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience
ยท 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry (bid experience on DOT or heavy highway projects preferred)
ยท CTQP preferred
