Responsibilities:
Electrical Systems Design: Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed electrical system designs for industrial projects. This includes power distribution, lighting systems, control systems, instrumentation, and other related components.
Project Planning and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, specifications, and objectives to develop effective engineering plans. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Equipment Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate electrical equipment, devices, and materials for industrial projects, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and cost.
Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, specifications, and reports, to accurately communicate electrical designs and project progress.
Quality Control and Testing: Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, conducting rigorous testing to validate performance and adherence to project requirements.
Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering for industrial projects, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations related to industrial projects.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Tennessee is a plus.
