Job Description:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 1 to 3 direct reports. You will also play a key role in assisting with proposals, negotiations, and client presentations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of projects involving both overhead and underground engineering systems.
- Leading project teams to ensure successful completion of engineering projects within budget and on schedule.
- Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and other staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in project engineering, with a focus on both overhead and underground systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong experience in project management, including the ability to plan, estimate, and schedule engineering projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
