My client is a National Top 20 ENR Construction firm with offices throughout the US. My client typically focuses on Large Scale Light Industrial/Heavy Commercial projects, but they have also completed Healthcare, Hospitality and Residential. They currently have a backlog of work keeping them busy until 2027 and are looking to recruit for various positions.
Job Summary
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project team, the development and execution of the project. As a senior member of staff, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior members of your team.
As Senior Project Manager, you will also be accountable for the cost control, customer satisfaction and overall success of the project
Qualifications
5-7 Years' Experience as Project Manager or 3 years as a Senior Project Manager
Experience in any or all of the following projects - Warehouse, Industrial, Structural Concrete, Automotive, Commercial, Healthcare
Skilled in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project etc.
Demonstrated soft skills - Communication, Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, Time Management, Teamwork, Adaptability
Experience working projects from up to $50M and above
