A global tier-1 Semiconductor manufacturing MNC is looking for the following for the Regional team in Singapore.
- Senior Engineer, Instrumentation and Control, SCADA
- Senior Engineer, Electrical (High, Medium, Low Voltage Electrical Systems Design)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system design for building/fab expansion projects and promote a safe and reliable Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environment
- Develop, review and maintain system, equipment and component standards and specifications
- Review of the capacity planning databases (with Basebuild capacities, POC assignments, and actual field conditions) across the network and validating utilization and diversity factor assumptions
- Review and advise sites on periodic system status presentations (system capacity, actual load, and projected loads based on all approved scenarios, key system accomplishments, and challenges/issues)
- Review and advise on scope, schedule, and cost estimates for Facilities infrastructure additions or modifications
- Monitor progress and provide Engineering and Design support during construction as required per project if necessary
- Provide consultation and support to Operations and Maintenance and Manufacturing as Technical Discipline Subject Matter Expert
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control System Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10-year experience preferably in Facilities Engineering or Semiconductor
- For Electrical - Minimum 10-year experience in High, Medium, and Low Voltage Electrical Systems Design Maintenance and Operations, Semiconductor, and/or Facilities related Industry
- For I&C - Technical expertise, knowledge, and experience on Facilities and Semiconductor Wonderware SCADA Systems, PLC's, instrumentation and Systems integration to ERP and like facilities software applications
- Ability to travel up to 40% internationally and up 65% of the time during Critical Project phases or Site Activities
- Residents in Singapore
