Manager of Structural Forensics and Building Enclosures
Overview:
LVI are currently searching for a principal-level Forensic Structural Engineer/Building Enclosure Engineer to provide direction and leadership for all aspects of technical and managerial services in Seattle.
In this role, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to expand and grow our client's practice while leading high-profile multi-million dollar projects - including, but not limited to endeavours in; Forensic Structural Engineering, Building Enclosure Consulting, roofing, waterproofing, construction observation of distressed structures and structural components, field investigations, structural condition surveys and documentation, mapping of concrete cracking and distress, and structural assessment of roofs.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Civil or Structural
- PE or SE Required
- 15+ years of experience in engineering/structural design and forensics
- The desire to work in a team-based project environment
Responsibilities & Duties:

- Prepares project specifications and technical reports
