Requirements:

5+ years of experience in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope consulting.
โ
IIBEC Credentials Preferred (RRO or RRC etc.)
โ
Sound knowledge and understanding of the construction and roofing industries.
โ
Experience conducting damage assessments and consulting for repairs and insurance claims.
โ
Operational experience, in management, client relations, and business development desirable.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments for damaged roofing and building envelope systems.
โ
Consult with architects, engineers and contractors to provide effective repair solutions
โ
Provide expert witness and litigation support services for insurance claims cases.
โ
Build and manage a team, while acting as a technical lead to more junior consultants.
โ
Carry out client facing responsibilities, manage existing relations and leverage network to pursue new clientele.
โ
Act as a representative at a range of industry networking events.
