Responsibilities:
- Lead bridge design projects from concept to design and through construction
- Coordinate design elements over multiple disciplines
- Strong technical ability to provide guidance and oversight of the design process
- Mentor junior engineers
- Work collaboratively with other team members, consultants, and our clients
- Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for contract bidding
Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of direct experience in the design and preparation of plans for transportation improvement projects
- S. Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited University is required
- PE License in PA required
- Experience with PennDOT and PTC projects development required
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
