Responsibilities:
Structural Design: Lead and oversee the structural design and analysis of building projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Project Leadership: Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, and collaborating with architects and other professionals to meet project objectives.
Structural Analysis: Conduct comprehensive structural analysis and simulations to assess load-bearing capacity, stability, and safety of building designs.
Design Development: Generate detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports, and contribute to the development of innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all design plans adhere to local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to verify the accuracy and integrity of structural designs and drawings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in structural engineering.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on building design.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.
Thorough knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to structural engineering.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience in collaborating with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from design through construction.
