As the Rail Signalling Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of rail signalling systems. You will lead a team of talented engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of signalling engineers and technicians.
- Develop and implement signalling engineering plans and strategies to meet project objectives.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of rail signalling systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement in rail signalling technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex signalling issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in rail signalling engineering (minimum 6 years in Australia).
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams and large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of rail signalling systems, including ETCS, CBTC, and traditional systems.
