Responsibilities include schedule oversight and team management, collaboration with consultants and clients, contractor coordination, and drawing review.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production of filing and construction documents Sign and seal drawings for new building and renovation projects
- Client relationship management and business development
- Assisting with construction administration, including site visit surveys and inspections
- Managing the design team's processes and systems including CAD libraries, and management software.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture at an accredited university
- Master's Degree (preferred but not required)
- Licensed Architect in the State of New York
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Suite
- Experience with Rhino, 3D Max, Sketchup, and other modeling software
- Practical experience on construction sites and project coordination with at least 5 years of experience
- Experience in technical drawing and detailing with at least 5 years of experience
- Working knowledge of construction/production sets with at least 5 years of experience
- Effective written and verbal communication, from emails and reports to documents and specifications
